Pickup / return student loaner laptops In-Person

Students who have filed a Laptop Loaner Program Agreement form can reserve a date/.time to pick up a laptop. 

When you arrive on campus, please call 718-613-8695 and come to the HSEB 6th floor, room 6-007.

Bring your Downstate photo ID card.  You will sign for the laptop and the ID card and laptop will be photographed together to ensure that the pickup is recorded.

 

ANNUAL RETURN: All laptops must be returned to the Academic Computing and Technology Office (HSEB 6-608) no later than 4 pm on Friday, August 21, 2020.
